I have been at the heart of the Yorkshire property market for thirty years. My career began not in estate agency, but in housebuilding, working alongside developers to bring new homes to market across the region. That foundation gave me something most agents simply do not have: a deep, technical understanding of how homes are valued, built and sold.
When I moved into estate agency, I brought that knowledge with me. I built a reputation for straight-talking advice, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to my clients' outcomes, not just their transactions.
Today, I work as a fully independent personal estate agent. I take on a deliberately small number of clients at any one time, because I believe that the only way to deliver a truly exceptional service is to be personally, genuinely invested in every sale I handle.

Early Career
Housebuilding & New Homes
I began my career in the housebuilding industry, working with Stonebridge Homes and other leading Yorkshire developers. I gained an exceptional grounding in how homes are built, priced and brought to market, knowledge that continues to set me apart from conventional estate agents.
The Transition
Moving into Estate Agency
After more than a decade in new homes development, I moved into residential estate agency. I quickly built a reputation for honest, straightforward advice and a level of personal attention that the larger corporate agencies simply could not match.
Today
A Truly Personal Service
I now operate as a fully independent personal estate agent, working with a deliberately small number of clients across Wetherby, Harrogate, Collingham, Boston Spa and the surrounding villages. Every client receives my direct attention, from the first meeting to the day of completion.
